Fulfillment Mismatch

Problem

You might encounter when the fulfillment we get from your 3PL might have mismatch to the original order source as we try to create the fulfillment. This might leave order in an state of unfulfilled or partial fulfilled.

Solution

  1. After getting notification about fulfillment mismatch exception notification

  2. Clicking on the link in the notification will take you to the failed event, skip to step 5

  3. Login to the portal and navigate to the events page

  4. Search for the fulfillment event failure

  5. Check the message for which SKU is mismatched

  6. Go to the destination system and correct the SKU mismatch by editing the order.
