Stuck Order Email

Did you know Pipe17 can send you emails when we think one of your sales orders might be “stuck”. What’s a stuck order, well Pipe17 defines it as an order that is been in Ready for Fulfillment an order that has some shipping requests that have been Ready for Fulfillment for a while.

If that sounds like something you want to be told about, then keep reading.

To get started click on your integrations page and see if there is an integration called Exceptions. If not click Add to start getting these useful emails

Enable “Check if orders are stuck…”

If enabled, we send notification emails

Deduplicate the notification…

If we’ve already emailed you about an order, we will not email you again about it for 2 days

How long to wait…

you’ll probably want to avoid getting emails for orders that are on automatic hold. If your automatic hold timer is large, let’s say 180 minutes, then you’ll want to set it to something like 210 minutes to allow for that hold time plus some order routing time.
