Turn off any pop-up blockers in your browser or check for pop-ups that you need to allow.
Go to app.pipe17.com/signup and create a Pipe17 account. Setup your address and timezone.
Add the Shopify integration, put in your store name and Click Connect to grant Pipe17 access to your Shopify store. Once connected close the new tab that was opened and return to Pipe17.
Go into Shopify settings and turn onin the Common Settings section Check the box for
Fulfillments, Push to Shopify
Farther down the Shopify settings page, click the toggle to green for
Enable Ingesting Order (and Ingest POS Orders if you sell Point of Sale)
Enable Ingesting Product
Enable Outbound Inventory
Enable Outbound Fulfillment
, then Click Save at the bottom when you are done making edits to this page.
Do not add the Seller Central integration unless you need to pull FBM orders. Instead Go to the next page “Fulfillment Integrations” and add the Amazon MCF integration. Click connect and grant permissions for Pipe17 to access orders, products, and inventory in your Amazon account.
If you get an error message about Invalid Permissions please ask your Seller Central account owner to click the connect button and login. Once connected close the new tab that was opened and return to Pipe17.
Configure the Open Amazon MCF integration to suit your needs. Recommend you enable “Pull Locations from Amazon”, “Push Shipping
Requests to Amazon”, “Pull Fulfillment” and “Pull Inventory” as pictured above. settings page and enable:
Pull Locations from Amazon
Push Shipping Requests to Amazon
Pull Inventory Information from Amazon
Pull Fulfillment Information from Amazon
Click Save when you are done.
Invite ops@pipe17.com via the Pipe17 Organization/Users menu
so that we can login to your environment and help you through any problems using Pipe17
Go to Pipe17’s Inventory/Locations menu
and verify there are one or more locations for each Amazon MCF marketplace with which you have inventoryis a location for Amazon.com (MCF)
Click on Organizations and Order Routing, setup order routing to send all orders to the Amazon MCF location. For detailed help, review this https://support.pipe17.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407525683099-Configure-Order-Routing documentname enter any string; then for Destination pick United States and finally for Fulfillment Location pick “Amazon.com (MCF)”. When you are done it should look like this:
Save your changes
Open Shopify and verify there is a new Pipe17 Inc. app
Create a test order in the Shopify admin portal , for a product for which you have FBA inventory in Amazon. We suggest you use your business address or a friend’s address for the ship-to address.
Wait ten five minutes and confirm your order appears in Pipe17, then wait up to another five minutes to confirm it appears in Amazon Seller Central. If it does not, look in the Integrations Menu for any reported errors and then send those details with an email to support@pipe17.com
If everything is working well, please Open the billing page in the Organizations menu and setup your payment information.

Note: these instructions are for connecting Shopify to MCF while we await Shopify’s approval of the app. It will be much easier to install Pipe17 Connect:MCF in a few weeks once the app is approved
